Comfortable living on Ninth Street Hill, Lafayette, Indiana

     Welcome to our website. I'm a retired high school math teacher and my wife Nancy teaches elementary school. We've owned the properties listed here for almost 30 years. All three houses have been cited by the Wabash Valley Trust for Historic Preservation and we take a great deal of pride in maintaining the unique, original style of these historic homes. We want each apartment to be as comfortable and well kept as if we lived there ourselves. In fact, we do occupy the first floor at  904 State St. We will be uploading more picture as soon as possible, so we invite you to return and view our progress.

 We will have one apartment become available on January 1, 2011.  All of our other openings have been filled through July 31, 2011.
