Welcome to our website. I'm a retired high school math teacher and my wife Nancy teaches elementary school. We've owned the properties listed here for over 25 years. All three houses have been cited by the Wabash Valley Trust for Historic Preservation and we take a great deal of pride in maintaining the unique, original style of these historic homes. We want each apartment to be as comfortable and well kept as if we lived there ourselves. In fact, we do occupy the first floor at 904 State St. We will be uploading more picture as soon as possible, so we invite you to return and view our progress. As of now, we know of one apartment that will be available as of August 1, and another that will be available on January 1, 2009. We will continue to update the site if any other openings occur.
